Tutorial - Tags

Tags are simply labels you add to images, videos and creating writing pieces to make it easier for you to manage them. You create your own tags and apply them to your images. Example tags are years, countries, cities, people's names, holiday destinations etc.

To add tags to your images:

1. Select "Images" then "Manage" from the main menu.
2. If you have a lot of images, click the "Last Hour" button under the "Uploaded" heading in the filters column.
3. Click on the image you wish to add tags to. 
4. If you need to create a new tag, enter the name and description, then click "Add". Your new tag will be listed and coloured blue as it is selected.
5. To select an existing tag, just click the tag button and it will turn blue to indicate that it is selected.
6. To remove a tag, just click the blue button and it will turn white to indicate that it is not selected.
